Phil Jordan is an active commercial real estate agent specializing in residential income properties. He has served the Bakersfield area for 33 years and counting. Phil has been noted as one of the most respected real estate professionals in Bakersfield not only for his expertise, but for devoting himself to his clients.
Now, as a broker associate, he also serves the Santa Barbara area. He works with a variety of properties from duplexes and fourplexes to 20+ unit multi-family buildings. He is the only agent in the area that specializes in fourplex sales. Specifically, Phil has successfully closed 118 multi-family buildings in the last 3 years. He is also fluent in Spanish allowing him to communicate better with some of his clients. Aside from being a real estate agent, Phil enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with his wife of over 15 years, and 6 children.

Jami joined Jordan Apartment Guys in May 2019 and has been a realtor for over three years. She is also a certified transaction coordinator. As the director of operations, she is responsible for planning and overseeing many aspects of the business. She is Phil’s right-hand-woman when it comes to executing tasks and ensuring seamless transactions. Aside from being the Director of Operations, Jami is a wife of 25 years and a mother of 3 wonderful children.
