Guys here in Bakersfield. I wanted to go over
a report of what the Bakersfield activity
is right now.
First, I wanted to start off
with December. So December was definitely
a seller’s market. We had 63 properties for
sale; super low inventory. And we had 21 close.
And there were actually 32 properties that
went pending. A fantastic month for December.
Now what we’ve got is, here we are January
13th and our inventory of apartment buildings
for sale in Bakersfield is down to 60. So
it’s a pretty hot market.
If you’re looking
to invest in Bakersfield, certainly give us

find property owners and find properties that
