Amazon Brings 1000 Jobs to Kern County

Amazon opened a Fulfillment Warehouse right here in Kern County, according to www.turnto23.com this is expected to bring thousands of jobs to Kern County!

Additionally, according to www.bakersfield.com, “The board has agreed to provide the company with an estimated $3 million in tax rebates in exchange for its commitment to hire at least 1,000 county residents at an average wage of $31,000 per year at the distribution center.”
